Tie on - permanent waist bead that is tied on by you, adjusted to your waist wherever you want it to sit. (Do not suck in gut!) these are traditional style and are made to be worn day/night. Will only be removed by cutting off or popping off when your time with them or your intention for them is completed. Tie string 5-6 times in a knot, cutting off excess. Size 45-50 inches in length.
